Books
The Modern Essentials Book
This book is for those who want to get right to the best oils for a specific issue. Think of this like an amazing essential oils directory.
The Essential Life Book
This book has a prettier layout and appeals to those who want a book that includes recipes & history of oils.
The Emotions & Essential Oils Book
This book is for those who would like to focus on emotional well-being. It has a big list of emotions and which essential oils help & why.
Carrier Oils
There's no big difference between carrier oils, it's just your personal preference. You can use regular coconut oil that you cook with, but people buy fractionated because it doesn't harden up in the winter. You can also use regular olive oil you have in your home. Below are common carrier oils that people like to use because they are "lighter" and less greasy.
Extra Bottles
You might not need them now, but when you started wanting to make roll on blends and sprays, you'll want to get some glass bottles!
Diffuser Necklaces/Bracelets
Diffuser necklaces are a gorgeous way to receive the benefits of aromatherapy. Because the aroma of essential oils help mood very effectively, you can diffuse calming (Lavender), energizing (Wild Orange), or stabilizing (Balance blend or Frankincense) oils by applying to the necklace and wearing throughout the day! Cases & Storage
You may want to have a cute way to store your oils, or you may want to have a sturdy case for traveling. Either way, a case is a great idea!
